Passed our City of Bend inspection for demo preparations. Site is graveled and signage is installed. Pacific power has removed power from the trailer. Power is now stubbed into a ground box near the water meter. Ready to start installing Temp Power for our construction needs. (not required for demo).

4/8/25

Met with the City of Bend representative for erosion and sediment control this morning. Our only requirement for demo is temp water and graveling the driveway/ site entrance.

Had 8 yards of gravel delivered per the city request. Also hung our permit sign.

3/26/25

Submitted for both Temp Power and Demolition permits with City of Bend. Also set up our site visit with Pacific Power for the disconnect and to establish our temp power location.

Finished plan set cover page + Site plan for permitting process.

Received Surveyor Record Of Survey. This was submitted to the county for our new Lot lines and corners.

Alpine Abatement has finished their asbestos removal.

I have sent off our first project invoice via email, along with a blank budget to get us off the ground.

3/24/25

I delivered our job letter to all adjoining neighbors. The ones that were home were very kind and thankful for the notice and contact information.

Alpine abatement has started removing asbestos contaminated materials.

McDermott Plumbing and I dug up the Water-main and installed a frost free hydrant.

Utility companies were out marking the lot and street for all underground utilities.

I am working with pacific power to remove power and install temp power pole.
